Today I commented on karlos's blog post.He needed to add more infomation about the trenchs as the DLO had some things that the trenchs did not have or had.

Basic Facts

Today I was learning my addition because it is nearly the end of the year and when it 2019 our teacher will be testing us so I could go and tell them the answer and that i will get to past my test and then after I could do my subtraction and i used my basic fact boxes because we could learn butter from using that template.

SSR selfie

L.I To learn how to get better at reading.This week I read a book called Herobrine goes to school. this book is a minecraft book.

Boxing

On Thursday we went to boxing to learn defenses so we got in to buddy
and we played a game of rock paper scissors and who ever won had to get
2 gloves and the person who lost had to  get 2 pears of noodles  and after we
did that we played a game of stuck in the mud and after that we had to choose a spot to sit
in and we just practist uper cuts and we learnt bridge and we learnt how we
have to hit them when you are practist and practist the time we went was 30 to 20 to 10
and we were finished.

Kiwi can

Today for Kiwi Can we had a energizer and we had to get one person to satand in the middle and we had to get into one of the four corners and then person had to choose one of the coroners and we had to be quite so that the person in the middle can not pick the corner that i am in.

Peace

LI: to explore some definition of peace.
This week for Inquiry we first wrote Antonyms, and Synonyms of peace. We did this as a group of five. After we wrote the synonyms and antonyms of peace, we split our group into 2 & 3. Then we went onto our first DLO which was on a slide. On the slide were pictures and we had to describe the pictures by using three words. We also had to make sentences using those three words. Also in each picture we had to write the perspectives of each side. Next we had to describe what peace meant.

This week for writing we were learning about conflict. So we first started by siting on the mat and started listening to our teacher when he was reading the book. Then after that he asked us what was the conflict and what happened in the book then we went on our plot diagram and started to right down the Beginning,Rising action,Climax,Falling action and Resolution. So after we finished our plot diagram we had to go on the google draw our teacher sent us and write down what was the conflict about like was it a character vs self or character vs Society.

Maori

This week for maori we learned about maori words
for food and to say give and anei in maori.We have two
pieces of paper and it was about food,fruits and vegtables.
We had to write the maori words in the right food.There
was different type of food,fruits and vegtables.The words
for:

• Apple Juice-Aporo/Vegtables from the ground/Hua Whenua.
• Banana-Panana/Pie-Taupoki.
• Toast-Tahi/Letuce-Reti Hi
• Cheese-Tihi/Chicken-Hei Hei.
• Pineapple-Panapora/Ham-Poaka Poua.
• Corn-Kanga/Fish-Ika.
• Tomato-Tamoto/Bread-Paraoa.
• Apple-Apora/Sandwhich-Hanawitw.

That are the maori words for the food,fruits and vegtables.Next we had to color

the foods,fruit and vegtables.

Then we had small pieces and paper for giving and here.Learning maori is

very good to me and interesting to me also important to me.

LI: to learn how to be safe online
For Cybersmart our DLO (Digital Learning Object) we had to make a quiz using Google Form. Our quiz was about being Safe Online. But before I made by Quiz, I was playing a game that had something to do with being Safe Online.

Inferring

L.I To Infer thoughts and emotions.
This week for Reading we inferred thoughts and emotions. My DLO shown above is what I made.We also had to include the evidence, to prove our inference. We had to take the picture of the moment, and link that part of the video. We had to write our inference and then put in our evidence.

L.I To comment on a blog . Today for commenting i commented on Andrews blog post because he did a very good job on his touch rugby interschool and also keep up the good work.

Boxing

Today me and Group A went to the hall for boxing. Our coach Pax taught us some new combos but first we had to go in partners. My partner was Liletina. Next Pax told us we have 30 seconds to get our liners and boxing gloves on. I had the liners and boxing gloves and Liletina had the pool noddles. Next we learnt combos. The first one was Jab,jab,Cross. The second one is Jab,cross,left uppercut and our last one was Jab,Cross,Left hook,Right hook,Left uppercut and right uppercut. After that we swapped and we only had 30 seconds to put on our liners and boxing gloves. Then when our other partner had their liners and gloves on we did the same combinations. Liletina hit more harder than me when we did all of the combinations. Finally we finish our lesson and went back to class.

Basic facts

This week i got a Certficate for 2-3 and then i was done so i had to blog the work and then i had done.

Today I did SSR selfie for SSR selfie I read a book called Tom Gates: Family and furry creatures.

Mounted Art

L.I To learn how to do creative artwork.
This week LS1 did artwork that looks like Max Gimblett's art. We did it because he is one of the worlds famous artist. First We had to make a plan about our art to make it. Then we had to make each art about Max Gimblett, Christmas, and armistice. After that we had to work out the layout for our reasons of why we used those colours for the quatrefoils.

Inter School Touch

L.I To get better at touch.
On Tuesday at Dunkirk park we had Inter school Touch. On that day I scored one try against panmure district and and a other try against Silvia park but sadly those tow teams scored one more try than my team. My team won against an other team we scored 3 points the other team scored zero. After that we all went back to school.

Paikea

L.I To make a poster about Paikea.
Paikea is a whale that saved a person that was calling for help in the deep sea and took him to New Zealand to live for life.
Today for Maori we had to make a DLO that has to have Paikea in the middle and around it has to be the paikea song and the map of whangara and the picture of the maraes tahuhu with Paikea and the whale underneath him. and lastly the marae.

SSR Selfie

Today I did Did SSR Selfie to talk about the book that I read which was James and the giant Peach . If you would like to see what this book is about then you are more welcome then to read my photo of my SSR selfie . This book also has a movie that you could watch ( its called James and the giant peach ) My favourite thing about this is that my whole class uses the SSR Selfie which is just made as a google slide presentation and everyone does the same they just make more slides and they add photos so that you can see what the title of the book looks likes .The good thing about this is that I can see my class mates books that they red .

Basic facts

Today I decided to do my times tables using the basic facts boxes . I practised some of my times tables . I like to use basic facts boxes because its easier for me to get better at my maths and it also helps me get faster at my maths .This is really helpful for me because when you click the word go it comes up with a bunch of numbers you will have to subtract , add or times and it also tells you if you are wrong or right . 

Kiwi can

Every Wednesday we have kiwi can . On Wednesday we had a new theme and our theme was protect our community and we also talked about how we could protect our community , I think that we could protect our community by picking up rubbish so that sharks and other sea animals don't die from rubbish . after that we got straight into our energiser . Our energiser was called Catch me if you can , first half of my class got into a circle and we had to put our left hand by our side facing up and the person beside  us had to put there index finger on the other persons hand and then when Mr matt said go then one person will have to take hold there finger before it left and the other person had to try and move there finger before that other person tried to catch it . 

Energiser 2 

Our second energiser was called ten second tag . So the way to play this game is that we went out by the court and Mr matt had to call somebody's name and then that person only had 10 seconds to tag someone and if that person didn't tag someone with in that 10 seconds then that person will have to be out .  

Film Festival Comment

This week we had to comment on different types of schools film and talking about how they did an amazing job on working together as a school to make a film that represents there school. We also had to do a quality comment to also represent our own school.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

Today we went to the manaiakalanai film festival inside of the cinemas .We saw alot of schools videos that were for the manaiakalani film festival . the schools that me and my class saw were Tamaki Primary , St Patricks , Tamaki College , My school which is Panmure bridge and also stonefields school . My favourite video was my schools video and it was called a bit dicey . It was made to be a bad parody. If you see this video you will see how bad the parody is .The people inside of this manaiakalani video are Alayah , Kaitlyn , Fau , Victoria and thats all . But the teachers inside of this video are Mr Ogilvie , Mr Wong and Mr Johnston all of the people inside of this video are at Panmure Bridge School . ( The name of our movie \ video is called a bit dicey )

Armistice Remembrance 2018

this week we had to do this this is call a Armistice remembrance and on this we had to write thing about the video that we watch they were cool i like them i not tlaking about the dead body i just like the song and then we had to go on to blogger and then we had to blog the work and then we had to put it on the LS1 2018 Must Do.

Max gimblett

L.I to show what WW1 events happened.
For Armistice day we had to make a copy of this slide and find information about the poppy, last post and the the fallen ode. The videos are about what the topic is on the slide. We had learnt and searched on google What is the last post. Today we had to get into different partners and we had to watch different videos and we had to write information about what the fallen is it is a poem and of remembrance and we also learnt about that last post In army traditions the bugle call is what signifies the end of the day's activities and is played at military funerals and acts of remembrance.

L.I To replace bundles of objects with an object representing a certain amount.

Boxing

LI: To learn how respect others while throwing our punches, Learning to not get discipline while not doing the right thing and also , Showing safety to our pairs,teacher and the people around us.

Today for kiwi sports LS1 is learning how to box we had to make line and go up the the hall where Pacs was she is our coach  first she told us the 3 commandments of boxing number 1 respect we have to respect our coach and the equipment that we use during boxing 2 rule is discipline and 3rd was safety we all had to follow these 3 commandments at all boxing sessions.

and then we learnt how to move around in our rock pose and we also learnt new types of punches but first we had to learn how to move around in our rock pose first we had to get into our rock position and if we wanted to move forward then we would have to jump forward with foot that is at the back and then we also then had to put our foot that is in front of us forward as well and then we learnt how to move backwards as well.

if we wanted to move backwards then we have to use our foot that is in the front of us to jump back and then we had to also move our foot that s at the back of us to move it backwards while still int the rock potion. After that we learnt some new punches as well the first one that we learnt is called the hook we had to get into our rock pose and we had to use our right hand to punch from the side and then we learnt the uper cut punch we had to also use our right hand to punch from the bottom and then make our way up.

This week for SSR selfie I read a book called: Ultimate Joke Book. It is about types of jokes that will make you laugh or crack up. It has Tummy tickles and Legendary laughs and much more.
