SLJ Week 1 Activity 3

LI: To create your own comic strip of an imaginary conversation.


My comic strip shows the conversation I imagine these two people had after one of the men had sneezed his teeth into the sea during a fishing trip. I found this activity fun because it was funny.

    I really liked reading your DLO and finding out what your Comic Strip is about. As for that I would like to just give you some feedback so you know what to do,what to change and what you can do better on your next blog post. I think you should write a bit more on your understanding and your knowledge on your blog-post other wise everything looks great.

    What did you find hard about this task? why?

    Wow! You have such a creative comic strip, it is also quite humorous. I really enjoyed reading your comment strip.       Thanks for commenting on my blog. My favourite part of this activity was when I had to think about what I wanted to write. It was my favourite part because it was confusing me when I was writing the words in the text boxs.

    Thank you for sharing your Fishy False Teeth comic!

    I really like your version - it made me smile and laugh! The flow of the story is great and easy to follow, and the dialogue matches their facial expressions perfectly! I like that you included that they caught a big fish and how they lost the teeth and found some new ones! The thought of a fish with human teeth is very funny, I wonder if it looked like the fish was smiling at them?

    I’m glad that you had fun making the comic because you did a great job! What was your favourite part about making the comic? If you were to make a comic of your own, what kind of characters do you think you would put in it?
